We are currently looking for waiting staff to join our Restaurant and Front of House team, at our award-winning 4-star Hotel and Conference Venue, Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa.


We are looking for people on a full-time, permanent basis, to work 40 hours a week, working 5 days out of 7, and a combination of early morning, evening and weekend shifts.


Customer service is our Number.1 priority, so we're looking for people who are friendly, confident and enthusiastic about working in a customer facing role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with queries in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
  • Provide high quality table service in the restaurant area
  • Ensure the restaurant, bars, break out areas and conference rooms are well presented and well stocked
  • Observe good personal hygiene and be well presented
  • Undertake all tasks as trained and directed, adhering to Food Hygiene standards

To be successful you will:

  • Be experienced working with customers face to face
  • Have excellent customer service skills, high standards and good attention to detail.
  • You will have an engaging personality and be a good team player
  • You will also be motivated and keen to develop a career in the hospitality industry
