We have a great opportunity to join EEF as a Coordinator for Training, working as part of our Health & Safety Consultancy Team and based from our Reading office.

 

Your main purpose in this role is to provide day to day coordination and administration support to the team; helping to ensure training courses are arranged correctly and that all those involved are provided with the information they require.

We offer a range of services - principally HR & legal, health & safety, environmental advice, training and consultancy.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers to arrange training courses/consultancy projects
  • Co-ordinate the scheduling of internal and external trainers.
  • Co-ordinate the organisation of rooms and resources where required.
  • Scheduling and administering enrolments and working with customers to minimize cancellation rates.
  • Answering queries regarding course details and assignments.
  • Monitoring course delegate numbers.
  • Processing training transactions and preparing training materials.
  • Administration of marketing materials.
  • Use EEF administration IT systems to record required information (Mattersphere, Dynamics, Course Booker).
  • Generate invoice requests and providing accurate and timely reports to the management team.
  • Providing customers with requests for feedback and evaluation.
  • Point of contact for day to day matters.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the team.

 

 

The skills & experience we are looking for:

  • Well organized with proven experience of coordination/administration
  • An excellent communicator, both over the phone and face to face
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel and experience of using CRM/CMS/Database systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
