We have a great opportunity to join EEF as a Coordinator for Reprographics/Print, working as part of our Health, Safety & Sustainability team, based from Leamington Spa.

 

Your main purpose in this role is to ensure that all of the print, training course materials and promotional literature for the HSS team is produced to the required specifications. You will also work to support the rest of the team with other administration and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Print and finish course materials and promotional literature to required specifications and deadlines.
  • Provide efficient services for incoming and outgoing mail and parcels and courier services.
  • Liaise with external print providers for stationery and outsourced training materials, ensuring quality is maintained.
  • Monitor all print and post room equipment, liaison with service engineers as necessary.
  • Maintain levels of course materials stock items, such as stationary and franking machine credits.
  • Assist HSS Coordinators with certification and feedback process post course.
  • Assists in exam invigilation and provide cover for the Midlands Support team where required.
  • Support the wider HSS Coordinator team.

 

 

The skills & experience we are looking for:

  • Well organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • A natural problem solver who can remove barriers to achieve the end goal
  • A good communicator and a supportive team player
  • Experience in a role such as coordinator, administrator, reprographics, graphics or a facilities support role would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of design/graphic software i.e. Creative Suite, Adobe, CAD, Flash is desirable
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety and Sustainability products would be beneficial but is not essential
